What are the differences between the Harley Davidson Sportster and Dyna Harley Davidson?
Looking through the catalog of Harley Davidson I can not imagine what the specific differences in the Sportster and Dyna so that Dyna costs about $ 6000 more. What is obtained from this extra $ 6000? Moreover, the Sportster is really just a "woman's bike? Are men who travel to the ridicule of other owners Harley?
The Sportster is a smaller and lighter bike with a smaller engine, (883) or (1200) The motor and trans main unit are a shared drive. The Dyna is a "Big Twin" 80 "(1340) or a 88" for the new motor models.The is a unit, the primary unit is a unit and transmission is a unit. The Dyna is a bike longer, bigger and heavier than sports. Sportster are (usually) a Harley first step to a big twin. Some never outgrow it with them, but most do. My old set up his 1200 for a year or so, then we got a FXR, which is similar (but better) to the Dyna. These days I see many chicks big bike and a woman can start on a Sportster and Big Twin graduate to like boys. And yes boys Sporties traveling occasionally received some pity for her.
